Ceramics

For the Extempore Still table top we used a reinforced ceramic material.

A plate consist of three layers, two ceramic layer on th eoutside, and in the middle a fibre glass layer.

Heat

Laminam is heat resistant if heated uniformly, and maintains its original properties up to extremely high temperatures (800° C). However, do not put very hot objects directly on Laminam.
Laminam is not a thermal insulation.

Maintenance

Laminam is easy to clean. Liquids, grease stains and marks can generally be removed with a damp cloth and soapy water, or a liquid abrasive cream. Liquids do not penetrate Laminam and remain on the surface. Persistent stains can be removed using a damp cloth and abrasive cream. If stains still persist, use an abrasive sponge instead of a damp cloth.
