Home made mayonaise

It was part of a conversation in Quentin Tarrantino's blockbuster movie Pulp Fiction, and yes, it is true, we eat our Belgian fries with mayonaise.
The below recipe however, will soon explain why. Our mayonaise simply is fingerlicking de-li-ci-ous. |

Ingredients
1 egg yolk
1 spoon of mustard
corn oil
vinegar or lemon juice
pepper and salt

How to perform a miracle
Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature! Mix together the egg yolk and the mustard, add a little bit of vinegar (or lemon juice) and whisk well. Keep on whisking the mixture and add little drops of oil. The mixture should be thickening slowly. Keep on doing this until it thickens to your taste. Finally add pepper and salt (be careful with this).
